Well, I suppose that depends- if you live in Maine like I do, that can be a very stupid thing to do, because of the weather... but that's got to do with climate, and the remote possibility that you'd have to go let the dog in in freezing weather. Anyway, to its effect on your brothers... honestly, I think it depends on what kind of home you live in- if that's normal, your brothers probably don't care, and it doesn't affect them. To be totally honest, though, if it's your brothers you're wondering about, and their teenagers or older, you should be asking them- otherwise your dad's probably the best place to go for advise. |

Most of the nearly two billion children in the developing world have inadequate access to dinosaurs. Some receive no paleontology training at all. One in three has never even seen a dinosaur in person.
OVPC is an organization providing a means to an end - an end that sees children in even the most remote regions of the globe being given the motivation and adrenaline to tap into their own potential, identify with the survival needs of a global dinosaur-driven culture, and to contribute to a paleontological world community.

I have always wondered that too. I think that it would be ok if you were carefull not to be too revealing. Ya know like if you have a really low pajama shirt with spagetti straps you might just slip a t-shirt on over it till you are ready to go to bed. Well there's my $.02 cents. (I have always wanted to say that ) Hope it helps.

I guess if it's something you're not sure about, then it might be worth it to just cover up. I had 2 older brothers growing up. I'm sure it wouldn't have affected them sexually if I dressed that way, but it probably wouldn't have been appropriate, either. Especially if your brothers have friends hanging around. -Julie |

| Yeah, I think that your family wont really look at you in that way, but like for me, I sometimes feel uncomfortable in front of my brother or dad, so I just wear a hoodie over it til I go to sleep... |

Yep. My favorite phrase is: "When in doubt;chicken out!" I use it a LOT. Lol! In other words, if you aren't comfortable with it, or are unsure, the best thing to do is just do the safe thing. And ask about it later. |

Well, I personally think that it wouldn't affect my bros. But, I guess it does depend. My bros are little though. (6, 3 1/2, and 3 mo.). I don't think it would affect them even them they are older. (They don't care about how they look in front of me. They walk around the house in under wear all day!) |

In your house it isn't as big a deal. You don't want to dress crazy, but modesty matters less around your own family. Even in the Middle East where modesty has been taken to the extreme (due to fanatical leaders), it's fine for a woman to not be wearing her robe and veil in her own house. If you have a female friend over though, it might be a good idea to try and set an example of modesty for them, but more important is to be modest if you're having a male friend over. |

| I agree with everything. I have one sister, 12, so I don't have brothers to worry about. If it's just family, you should be fine. I am also wary about sleepovers too. I don't take my singlet pajama tops, I'll take a t-shirt. But that's me! If you're uncomfortable, put something else on. That's probably the best advice. |

| Just wear a t-shirt over it - thats wut i do. I still mite be in the short shorts but ill have a t-shirt - or i mite wear sweatpants wtih the cami - just keep it cool - my lil bro is 10 so I dont think it affects him, but I want him to look for respectable girls who dress modestly in the future - so I wanna be that example for him at home cuz he mite not be able to determine the difference <3 - hope this helps!!!! |
