| Ok, so girls love being called beautiful, pretty, and cute. What do guys like being called? It's seems very odd to call guys beautiful or pretty. When I'm with friends and we see an attractive guy we say " he's hot" or "he's cute" So, do you guys like being called "hot" or "cute"? |

Umm... I think with most guys who are not addicted to looking in the mirror  , being called cute is okay, but for me, i like if a girl notices and comments on my personality, like saying "He's so funny", or "He's so sweet".

Ummm, anything that ain't girly! I'm on the fence about cute, because my sweetie calls me that sometimes, but for pete's sake, of all things, I sure ain't "cute"! Haha Handsome, hot, good-lookin', cowboy, awesome, wonderful, amazing, sweetie, sweetheart, honey, etc. are all names I like being called by my girl.
I'm with ThatOneGuy, the personality comments are cool! I just loooove hearing the girl I like bragging about me to her girlfriends!
Guys like me act like we don't give a rip about our looks most of the time, or when we're at work, and guys like me at least really ain't that great lookin'...seriously girls, you got us beat there, but I love it when a girl compliments me on my appearance/good looks, etc. too as long as it ain't pretty, beautiful, etc. If a guy's pretty or beautiful, he's gay. LOL

| one tym i was talkin wit one of my friends who used to hav lots of curly hair an he looked soo cute wit it! an i was tellin him he needed to grow it out longer again an wen he asked me why i jus popped out " cuz it was so pretty!" lol he was jus lik 'Darra!!! an kinda shoved me..i quickly changed it to cute but... i take it yal dont lik havin ur hair called pretty?? lol |

haha what about "pretty hot" haha.
I dont tend to use "hot" cuz it sounds like a piece of meat... so I'll say "good looking" or hansom or cute... btw cute is "WOW he's hansom", Lil kid cute is "AWWW HE'S SO CUTE LOOK AT HIS LITTLE FACE!!! " haha. |

Yeah Jo, I remember the last time someone used you Lil' Kid Cute comment verbatim. I was seven and I never went to another family reunion!
I've always liked complements on thoughtfulness myself. OneGuy has it IMO. It seems to always bring me up when people comment on personality. Looks, I don't really pay attention to that much. If I'm all dressed up and someone mentions it, I'll say thanks but it's not something that has much affect on me. |

Grant pretty much nailed it.... In a comical way, but guys do appreciate it when girls give them compliments, even if it's pretty... Really it all depends on your guy, so if you want to know ask you guy when it's just u 2
