yes, like playing a game together or in the same discussion group or whenever you might have something that you're doing in common. But when/if that time comes, don't be afraid to initiate the conversation, even if he just gets drawn into it and it's not purposely so that you are talking to him ;-]

Well, in reality a girl walking up to any guy is gonna make him nervous, especially if the guy in question has a crush on said girl. So I think you should go up to talk with him keeping in mind he might be as nervous as you are. I mean, don't ask him out or anything, just be friends with him and get to know him better, if you're not friends already.

Waiting on the Lord is good, but I don't think God is just gonna lay a situation right in front of you to talk to this guy. Besides, even if the conversation is awkward, one awkward conversation doesn't usually permanently ruin your chances of ever talking to him again.

If I was this guy, and your friend came up to me, I would think it'd be like one of those, "Hey, my friend likes you! *Laughing here*" things. So, I think if you're going to talk to him, it's best to do it yourself. I hope that helps.
