Hey everyone!

Just wondering, how did you come to Christ? I think each story is an amazing gift and that we should share and give all the glory to God. Anyone care to share?

xx

JoJo:
Well, all I can remember, is I was brought up in a Christian family
We went to one of our churches outreaches when I was four, and all i remeber is listening intently to the pastor.
He asked if anyone wanted to become a Christian and I put my hand up. He didnt seeme, so I thought I'd lost my chance.
Mum saw me and took me outside and prayed with me and it, honestly, is the best decision I've ever made.
Not that flash, but I think it's quite cool. :D

I think that's awesome!! Giving your life at that age and understanding about him at that age I think that is an amazing thing to do!!

Well yeah,
I didn't come from a christian home, i came from a home with no religion.
I think that i was brought up with christian morals and i'm glad of that
I lost a lot of close family members and I got into all the wrong things for the wrong reasons.
Yeah so alcohol, drugs, Boys... All the wrong things for living a life of God.
I never actually knew about God or Jesus until I went to a catholic school.

I then started to go to a AOG youth group and got involved in that for 2 years while i was still into the drugs and bad stuff.
Uhm there came a time when I had gone over the line like really over the line and all this stuff happened. I knew then that wasn't the life i was supposed to be living and since the day that my Family spilt up i'd been wishing and praying for a way out. Like run away and start afresh.

I moved and well then Yeah, I became a new person and I'm Actually living a life for God!

my church had a clown that told kids 'bout God/Jesus, what God/Jesus did 4 us, and told us how to become a Christian.So a clown actually told me 'bout God/Jesus when I was 5. It was at the church im currently goin' 2 now. He told me what 2 do and when i got home i prayed and asked God/Jesus into my life etc.... it's different but that's how i became a Christian. =}

There's this christian bull rider, and his life was a great witness to me. I thought he was the coolest person since the very first time I heard of him. And well.....in the spring of 2007, I went through a spell of rebellion against my parents and their rules bout guys. Come June 2007, I was brought back down to earth with a big crash; he was a low, low, low life. It was horrible! Well I remember leanin on my bed, cryin, thinkin bout how bad my life sucked, and then that bull rider popped in my head. And I realized that he had the kinda life I've always wanted, ...all because of his God. Well right then I asked God to come into my life, and into my heart, and I never turned back! He's been good to me, SOOOOOOO very good!

And just to redeem myself, by God's dear grace, I got out of that relationship with my virginity.

That's Awesome Waitin08!!!
Good for you! I have some friends who are so gutted that they didnt, and wish they could have, but at least they've redeemed themselves with God and started anew!
:D

Turn up the music
Turn it up loud
Take a few chances
Let it all out
'Cause you won't regret it
Lookin' back from where you have been
'Cause it's not who you knew
And it's not what you did
It's how you live

I was six ish - I was at VBS and they asked if we wanted to accpet Jesus as our Savior. And it wasn't real to me then, but over the years I became more and more devoted to God and my life is about Him - i mess up - but He's still here

I don't want to just "live" I want to experience life.
